1. Shipping Locations
We currently deliver across India. Orders outside of serviceable areas may be canceled, and customers will be notified accordingly.

2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-4 working days of receiving the order.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time ranges between 3 to 7 working days, depending on your location.

Remote or less accessible areas may experience slight delays.

4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly mentioned at checkout before you make the payment.

Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly advertised on our platform.

5. Shipment Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID and link will be shared via SMS or WhatsApp or Email so you can track your delivery in real-time.

6. Packaging
All books are packed securely in tamper-proof and protective packaging to ensure that they reach you in perfect condition.

7. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery twice at the provided shipping address.

If the package is not received after two attempts, it may be returned to us, and re-shipping charges may apply.

8. Damaged or Tampered Packages
Before accepting delivery, please ensure that the package is not tampered with or damaged.

We will arrange for a replacement at the earliest possible.

9. Incorrect Address or Contact Information
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of order.

Book Stackers is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
